Community Support Requests


To be considered for a donation or sponsorship you must submit a written request to the Vice President of Community Relations via email, fax, or mail to the address listed below. All requests must be received at least 60 days before the requested donation or sponsorship is needed. Written requests must be either on official organization letterhead or on personal stationery that includes the return address and phone number of the person or organization submitting the request. Your request will be screened and reviewed for consideration.

Unfortunately, due to the high number of requests that we receive, it is impossible to respond in writing or email to each requestor.
 
If we accept your request and you represent a non-profit organization, we will contact you for a completed W-9 and a copy of the IRS tax determination letter confirming the non-profit status.
